Unleash Your inner Artist

Art Therapy
Art as therapy is a creative process that supports mental and emotional well-being through hands-on expression.

The focus is not on artistic skill or achieving a perfect result, but on the experience itself. Working with texture and natural materials helps shift attention from overthinking to presence.

No artistic background is required.
Only curiosity and openness to explore!
Textile Art
It's creative, intuitive, and wonderfully relaxing.
In this workshop, we create textured artworks using natural materials such as linen, jute strings, yarn, and fabric scraps.
The process is intuitive and open.
Participants can tear, cut, knot, braid, layer, and combine materials in their own way, exploring texture, movement, and organic composition.

This workshop is less about technique and more about creativity, relaxation, and personal expression.

Texture Art
It’s hands-on and messy! And that’s part of the fun.

In this workshop, participants learn how to work with plaster and create textured, dimensional surfaces. We explore layering, shaping, and building depth to achieve sculptural effects.

You might get your hands dirty, but that’s part of the experience. By the end, you’ll leave with a finished textured artwork and a deeper understanding of material and form.
