Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment All workshops must be booked in advance. Full payment is required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Changes & Rescheduling Bea Bea Art Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Workshop Experience No previous experience is required. All materials are provided. Workshops are designed as a calm, creative experience — we encourage participants to arrive on time and be present throughout the session. Liability Participants attend workshops at their own risk. Beata Pekalska is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Photography Photos or short videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the session.
